1. How long does shipping take?

All mugs are made to order through our premium print-on-demand process.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships!

2. Can I put my mug in the dishwasher or microwave?

YES, babe! Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, with high-quality printing designed to stay cute sip after sip.

3. What if my mug arrives damaged?

We got you. If your mug arrives broken or defective, we’ll replace it FREE, no stress. Just send a photo to customer support within 7 days of delivery.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every mug is custom-made, we don’t accept general returns.
BUT — if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll make it right. Your happiness is a non-negotiable here.
