Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Policy)
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once approved, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless damaged or defective)
- Items reported after the 7-day window
- Items without proof of damage
